If you have dogs, you probably walk them? 60 seconds on...dog walks

I have 17 month pup myself and take her out walking and running regularly. It turns out there are lots of injury risks, to humans, when walking your dog on a lead. Theses injuries include fractures, sprains, strains and tears.

I am not here to put you off though, there are risks to many activities and as long as we are aware of these risks and know how to mitigate them, stay active and continue to explore with your much loved pooch. I for one, will certainly keep walking (and running) my dog!
